5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer a range of delivery options including Standard, Express, and Next Day delivery. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery of the items.
• If a delivery cannot be completed, our courier may leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

For customers served by Eline LLC, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Stark County, Ohio.
