1. Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery methods to get your order to you as quickly as possible:

Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched and are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary.

2. Free Shipping

Orders totalling £50.00 or more qualify for free Standard Delivery. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no coupon code required.

Free shipping applies to Standard Delivery only. Express and Next Day options remain available at their listed prices.

3. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the following regions:

• United Kingdom — Mainland UK addresses are served by Eline Retail Ltd. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and other remote areas may incur additional charges or longer delivery times.
• United States — US addresses are served by Eline LLC. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may incur additional charges.

If additional shipping charges apply to your area, you will be notified before your order is confirmed.

4. Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible:

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) on a business day are typically processed and dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed within 1–2 business days.

During peak periods (such as seasonal sales or public holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.

5. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

You can also view the status of all your orders by visiting your order history page. Tracking information is typically available within a few hours of dispatch.

6. International Shipping

Eline supports international shipping between the United Kingdom and the United States through our partner network. Orders may be fulfilled by either Eline Retail Ltd or Eline LLC depending on product availability and your delivery address.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
