1. 30-Day Return Policy
At Eline, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
The 30-day period begins on the date your order is delivered. Items returned after this window may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition.
- Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Items must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods — Food, flowers, or other items with a limited shelf life.
- Personal care items (opened) — Cosmetics, skincare, hygiene products, or similar items that have been opened or used.
- Custom or personalised orders — Items made to your specific requirements or personalised with your details.
- Gift cards — Digital or physical gift cards are non-refundable.
3. How to Return
Returning an item is straightforward. Follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact us — Email us at info@elines.co.uk or submit a request through our contact form with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Step 2: Receive return authorisation — Our team will review your request and send you a return authorisation along with a prepaid shipping label (where applicable).
- Step 3: Ship the item — Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the provided shipping label. Drop the parcel at your nearest collection point or arrange a courier pickup.
- Step 4: Refund processed — Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
Please do not send items back without first obtaining a return authorisation. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
4. Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned item, the following process applies:
- Inspection — We will inspect the item within 3 business days of receiving it to verify it meets our return eligibility criteria.
- Refund — If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card provider.
You will receive an email notification at each stage of the process. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or variant, please contact our support team. We will do our best to accommodate your request subject to availability.
- Email us at info@elines.co.uk with your order number and the exchange details.
- If the replacement item is a different price, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.
- Exchanges follow the same 30-day window as standard returns.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email us at info@elines.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or defect.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including any shipping costs) at no additional charge to you.
- In most cases, you will not need to return the damaged item. If a return is necessary, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
